Meet Heather Connor
Heather here and I’m a full-time real estate professional in San Diego, California with a focus in the southern coastal communities such as Point Loma, La Jolla, Coronado.
Real estate has always been a constant and meaningful part of my life and is why my team and I invest an inordinate amount of time studying the craft. From researching the local and macro market, to constant creation of new resources for our clients, we get joy helping our clients achieve their goals. The world is changing and today’s buyers and sellers are educated. You know what you want and have instant access to a wide variety of information.
I’m a firm believer in the leverage of real estate to multiply or change one’s financial legacy. My experience with real estate first started in my 20’s and I have personally transacted on single-family, multi-plex, vacant land, and commercial real estate. I have owned both short, long-term and commercial rentals. I owned a vacation rental business which I operated for 15 years, prior to sale, so I could focus full-time on real estate clients. I have utilized traditional financing, creative financing and leveraged both the typical forward and reverse 1031 exchange options. While it’s not necessary that your real estate agent has had personal real estate transactions, I believe my experiences offer an increased ability to better understand how the process feels for my clients.
I understand that today’s hyper-connected and technology-driven world offers access to unlimited data; yet this abundance of information can quickly become overwhelming and confusing. This is especially true when information from one reliable source conflicts with another. This is where my team and I step in; to help you filter through the noise and focus on the data that is relevant to you. I love working with educated clients as I know first-hand how proper education allows you to move faster towards achieving your goal. My job is to de-mystify the current market and map out a clear plan so you can make an educated decision that’s right for you. . . and then get on with enjoying your life.
