Ultimate Seller Process™
Step 2: Listing Live
Congratulations, your home’s listing is live and here’s what happens next.
What this means is that we are officially live on the MLS and your property is able to be viewed by the public. Get ready because this is when potential buyers and other agents will start touring your home and offers will be submitted.
This time-frame in the seller process can feel like a whirlwind if you’re not prepared. Honestly it can feel like a whirlwind even if you are prepared. However, to help minimize the surprises, be sure to review the checklists and helpful documents below. It is my job to ensure that things are as smooth and seamless as possible; we are in this journey together. Friendly reminder, the easier it is for a prospective buyer to see the home it increases the chances of receiving an offer. If you plan on going on vacation or any other long absences from the property, let us know so we can update showing access for buyers agents. There is a lot that happens during this stage, be sure to reference the helpful documents below.
Here are 3 things we need your participation on:
1. Review and follow the Showings & Open House Checklist
2. Be sure you are responsive to showing requests and reply to our team quickly with a “yes” or an alternate time that works
3. Be aware that when offers are received, this will require a quick response and e-signatures on your end
