Ultimate Buyer Process™

Step 2: Written Offer

This means you have found a property that you like and are ready to write an offer.  This is where you will determine the price and terms of your offer that will be submitted to the seller or their real estate professional.

Here’s what happens next. . .

Now that you’ve found a property that you are interested in, we will construct an offer based on the price and terms that you want. Terms will include items such as inspections, contingencies, due diligence, appraisals, closing date and much more.  After we have discussed your preferences, I will construct this offer for your review and e-signature. Once you have signed, the offer will be submitted to the seller or their real estate professional.  From there, I will update you if I receive feedback of other offers and/or when you may anticipate a response.  (Just an fyi the seller can always accept, counter or reject the offer.)

3 Things We Need Your Participation With

1. Your assistance on your price and terms for the offer.  (Email or phone call will be necessary)
2. Review, complete and sign relevant offer forms. These will be sent via email from CTME-contracts.
3. Your availability is crucial during this time-frame in case of time-sensitive negotiations
