What is the condition of your Crested Butte home?

During the last few years, properties sold almost regardless of the exact location features or condition of the property. Now, buyers are becoming more discerning. If they’re going to pay top dollar, they want to have a more TurnKey or updated property. Here in Crested Butte, there is still a demand in a few key price points–which takes us to #3.
